    Eating tomorrow’s breakfast at night...how many calories am I eating?

    I have this wierd thing where my body won’t sleep until I have crammed it with at least 500 calories of carbs at night.

    So I count tomorrow’s calories at 9pm, fast until 10:30am then eat lunch.

    I count breakfast at night, so the next day I eat 1500 cals then at 9pm I do the same thing, eat breakfast in advance.

    Question is, how many calories am I eating per day? 2000 or 2500?

    Your question makes zero sense..

    If you're eating 500 calories at night and you're eating 1500 calories outside of that, that's 2000 calories....

    on any given day, between Lunch and 9pm, it's 1500 + 500....

    You could just call your 9pm meal 'dinner', and your lunch is 'breakfast' (which technically it is anyway).
