    Side chest development

    Can lift 90 lbs side with good form on bench just my side chest doesn’t pop out the way I would like it to. Is this due to fat or not effectively hitting my side chest ?

    Attempt to go deep on incline flys just seems to be hard to get a big chest. Looking for some tips on this if possible

    I always found flyes, pullovers, and especially around the worlds to be most effective for achieving a full pec stretch. Trouble is, you're not gonna be able to use much weight on the last one - it's quite tough and humbling.
