well if you live in a hot climate park it out in the hot sun.

pretty sure once it hits 180 F after an hour anything besides mold will be dead

I don't recommend using isopropyl on black plastic trim, well not 90% at-least. Just a small amount stained a plastic trim on my car, had to coat it in olive oil to make it look normal again.

Good point, it's a good idea to test in a small area. I haven't had problems with my car(s), but I only disinfect steering wheel, shifter, and a/c controls.

Steam cleaner should work well too, but I've been too lazy to use it

Here is what I offer customers for a basic Interior Detail (pretty much what I do for my own cars)

    Vacuum
Spray and wipe down hard surfaces with Griots or Meguiar's interior cleaner.
Shampoo Carpets/floor mats and upholstery if its cloth. Steam cleaner on standby for bad stains.
If its leather I clean and condition the leather
Ozone Generator for 30 minutes (kills most bacteria and virus, including COVID-19)
Surface Protectant for anything not leather.

Takes about 2 hours for a car or Truck and about 2.5-3 for an SUV.
