    I'm thinking somewhere between 15%-17%, I was planning to bulk another 15 lbs over a year but at this rate I feel like I'd be way too fat

    You do not have gyne and you're right between 12-13%, the reason your abs and veins aren't sticking out yet is because you don't have a lot of muscle, had you bulked while training abs they would be sticking out already.

    Either way, keep slow bulking. Personally I aim for 15lbs over the weight I want to be cut at.

    10% is where the abdomen starts to really define it's self.

    You're thinking of the 7-8% range, that's where the separation and crazy vascularity starts to come in.
