    Talking Caloric Deficit Question

    Quick question ,

If my cutting calories are at 2100 (500 deficit) . If I burn 500 calories running or biking etc. Will this give me the ability to eat 2600 calories while staying in a 500 Cal deficit?

Only if the 2100 was without the cardio calories. If you're adding new activity, thats new calorie burn.
The power of carbs compels me!

Basically, as AdamWW said, if the running was included when you figured your TDEE, you've already accounted for that exercise in what you're eating. Also, if yu decide to eat back your exercise calories (I wouldn't, in general), how are you determining a 500 calorie 'burn'? Are you running 4 miles?
