Cycle vs Running (What rate = 7 min Miles)?

I'm an avid runner who has started to struggle with foot injuries. My Dr recommended a bike, so I just ordered one (not a pelaton). I was wondering, as a complete rookie, what rate should I keep up on my bike to mimic 7 min miles? Is there a conversion, or is it really only heart rate?

    Any help is appreciated,

    Thanks!

Bike speed is fairly meaningless as a general number. Depends on the bike, your weight, your tires, tour drivetrain, your position, the wind, your elevation, the temperature, how many hills, how steep are the hills, how much total elevation, how much drafting, etc.

For me, when I was ~160 lbs, 5'-10", maybe 6 or 7 years ago, I could run ~20 minute 5k and ride about 330 watts for the same time. However, these were about a year apart, as I switched from Spartan Race to road bike racing.
    Current.....................335 / 295 / 499............185 lbs
    July 1, 2019................9 week cut.................164 lbs
    Late April 2019.........285 / 275 / 440.............178 lbs
    Oct, 2018..............175x6 / 145x6 / 275x5......163 lbs

    apples versus oranges

maybe consider heart rate training? You can do similar drills (intervals, fartlek, pace, LISS) but things that require specific distances like Yasso 800s or X minute mile, aren't going to be comparable
