Does staying up all night after a workout or the next day **** up gains?

If you normally get enough sleep and it's a rare occurrence

Does staying up all night nullify that workout

No, but you will probably be better off getting some sleep so your body can rest.

In the past I had a job that had me on call 24/7. Sometimes could be running off 2-3 hrs of sleep or less.

Didn’t skip workouts because of it though. And would still push myself regardless of being tired.

Assuming it’s not an everynight occurrence, don’t stress about it.
    - Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

It's going to undo years of progress, my man. You're gonna literally see yourself shrinking and getting smaller with every hour until you get back in bed.

Na. I'm just messing with you. Stay up a whole night if you want, have some coronas. Just don't do it everyday.
