The media is going hard on Trump. Right now the NYC mayor was just blasting Trump. They are going hard to blame everything on Trump to the point where they blamed Trump for some 60 year old idiot who drank fish tank cleaner.

yet he remains underwater in biden/trump polls. including being down by a large margin when breaking it down by swing counties.
thats not to say that trump will lose. what it does mean is that getting a boner over approval ratings during national crisis isnt a great idea

Ok let's start with nuclear security. Total failure to secure any type of hypersonic nonproliferation treaty and withdrawal from several key treaties that prevented a nuclear arms race.
Next, we have climate change. Withdrew from global agreements on climate change and labels it a hoax.
Let's move on to food safety and environmental protection. Axed many of the regulations in place to protect the environment and consumer safety and installed corporate shills to control the EPA.
What about political stability? Used dangerous and divisive rhetoric to radicalize the population and elicit hatred toward foreigners and illegal immigrants.
And finally we come to the coronavirus situation, where he dragged his feet and failed to swiftly act, resulting in a catastrophe on a scale that this country has not seen in over a hundred years.
Oh I forgot to mention that he almost started a war with Iran by killing someone via perfidy, an international war crime.
And let's not forget the long list of corruption accusations levied against him along with his staff, many of whom were convicted.
But perhaps the thing that bugs me the most about Donald Trump is that he failed to multiply 17 x 6. I can't stand that someone that stupid is president. I would want him out for that reason and that reason alone, and the rest is just icing here. In my eyes, he's a blithering idiot, ignorant of elementary science and mathematics, and it is a wonder to me how he even cleans his giant, disgusting asshoel. I despise everything about him. I am tired of seeing his name everywhere, and I am counting the days until that incompetent sack of chit gets fired and shuts the fuk up. Almost everything he says is stupid or dangerously misleading. Once in a while, he says something half true or funny, but it's usually still stupid and misleading anyway. He's a giant, obese, disgusting, ignorant example of the worst this country has to offer. He's the endgame of what a representative democracy becomes with a woefully ignorant population -- a popularity contest. Trump is a popular socialite conman, and that is why he is the president.Last edited by wincel; 03-24-2020 at 07:10 PM.

in that case your post is an indictment on his performance over the term. by your logic his biden deficit has nothing to do with the recent economics, it's everything else.
and for the record, youre right because the economy has been flying and somehow he is the underdog. it's actually insane***Gender Non-Committed***

I wasn't really addressing the Biden deficit. I've always been suspicious of these head to head polls with the Democrat candidates over the past year either way.
All I'm saying is that it puts him in an equal if not better situation for the election than he was before the crisis, which many people think is going to finish him.Calls 'em like I sees 'em Crew

Anyone sane knows that Trump can't be blamed for a worldwide pandemic that originated in China and the stock market fallout as a result. The majority of people who hate Trump are so focused on hating Trump they are ignoring the fact that he's doing his job to the best of his ability and his upholding his promises. With more pressure and opposition against him then any president in our life-time. I think the virus will run its course. Trump will Trump. The markets and economy will recover. And every pleb hoping that life as we know it would end (so they could blame it on Trump) are going to be left with their foot in their mouth.
Bidden is a bumbling idiot and he's the best chance the Democrats have to beat Trump. Weak shot at best. George W Bush was a terrible speaker and said a few rather dumb things. But he is far more articulate the Bidden who struggles to put together a consistent, coherent message. Democrats should be focused on putting forward a solid candidate not just trashing Trump over and over again and hoping people will believe it.
I'm not necessarily all about Yang but he definitely made himself look better then a lot of other Democrats. And could be a potential Democratic president in the future. I'm referring to him stepping up to the plate to roll over his Yangbucks plan to Trump's economic stimulus package.
If more Democrats were like 'I don't agree with Trump, but lets try to work together to better the the country.' Things would be a lot smoother. And the Democratic party as a whole would seem more moderate.

true, approval ratings should go up substantially in crisis. admittedly there is still opportunity for that because we arent even close to writing the books on this corona thing
as i stated above the corona book is far from being written. it could go either way and it all hinges on the outcomes of his decisions.
which is why none of these numbers really matter right now. the head to head biden numbers nor the approval rating. we have this metric ton weighted issue that will come to some kind of conclusion***Gender Non-Committed***

when they start pulling people 60+ years old off of respirators and let them die, and especially in swing states like Florida that has a large senior population, you can't tell me that won't impact voting preferences come november.
