Daily calisthenics detrimental to muscle retention?

Like everyone else here, my gym has been closed and I've gotten accustomed to doing chin ups, push ups, diamond pushups, shrimp squats, and inverted rows (from a table lol) almost every day. I do variations of exercises where I can't do more than 12 reps. If my main goal was to maintain strength rather than build, would daily calisthenics be problematic? Or am I better off doing them every other day? Once a certain exercise gets easy, I might put on a backpack and add weight in hopes of building muscle. I know there are routines out there for bodyweight training but I genuinely enjoy doing resistance training.

FWIW my 3 rep maxes before my gym closed were 135/275/285 lbs for bench, squat, and deadlift respectively. I also used to be in a calorie surplus but I've stuck to eating at maintenance until I have access to barbells (I don't have the funds or the space in my house to make a home gym).

I don’t think you need to do full body everyday to maintain strength. You are not going to lose much strength with even a week off.

Recovery is important especially if you are taking a lot of these exercises a couple reps close to failure. I wouldn’t treat a bodyweight routine differently than one with weights if you can get close to failure without doing an insane number of reps.

Sounds fair. Guess I'll just stick to doing them every other day or so.

Idk about you guys but in my area, it looks like the gym will be closed for at least a month.
