    Favorite pre-workout meal

    What's your go to pre-workout meal? Mine is 1 scoop whey, mixed with 1/2 cup oats and scoop of peanut butter, 1 hr before workout.

    cup of blueberries
    about 1.5 tbsp of PB
    cinnamon

    I try to eat my big meal of the day 5 hours prior, then a smaller meal about 2 hours prior. Pretty much eating lean meats, brown rice and greens now.

    my preworkout meal usually consists of oatmeal and veggies. veggie omelet, smoothies and homemade protein bars.
