    Never had Jasmine rice but we exclusively use Basmati which I believe is similar.

    You're overcooking the Jasmine.

    1 cup rice to .85 cup water ratio needed. Also use half stick of vegetable spread/margarine. Salt and cumin seeds.

    Once water is absorbed, turn to lowest setting and leave lid on for additional 10 mins without opening.

    I accidentally used a little too much water, so yes. I do use salt but never cumin seeds. I'll try that. Thanks.

    I do turmeric and some salt - gives it this great golden color.

    Well kinda.

    Those aren't exactly the steaks I would have chosen or the green beans for that matter.

    But it's better than the canned green beans I had to eat the other day. Barf. The wife and kids liked them though.

    Yeah, lol. In my online order they substituted 6 jars of sundried tomatoes packed in oil instead of 6 jars of tomato passata. Been wanting to carb binge like crazy a week outta the gym schedule!
