    Do you know of a routine I can do at home while my gym is closed?

    Hello. Due to the Corona virus my gym is closed for a while. I'd like to know what is a routine I can follow in order to keep my strength, mass, and physic? I have one adjustable dumbbell with 30 as the max weight. I'm searching for something that would probably make me bigger and stronger before I go back to the gym. I was doing a 3 days a week routine. My goal is to get bigger and stronger.

    Dips, chins and sissy squats have become my staples for the past 3 weeks.
    I stay in a 900 sq foot apartment and am still getting decent training despite the circumstances.

    For weight I've made a dip belt from an old towel and chain, and found a pair of old brake rotors that weight 15 ibs each. Not much, but it works.

    Now is the time to get creative and experiment. Lots of ways to put resistance on those muscles without a barbell or machines.
