    Thoughts on my 7 month progress

    Hey guys im 16 and just wanted to get ur thoughts on my progress, I can see that ive gotten bigger, but for some reason im not satisfied. Ive always been skinny fat and i got a decent amount of muscle but idk if i should keep bulking or not. Thanks Tips would be appreciated

    I would stop bulking at this point, you can see around upper pecs and shoulders where stretch marks appearing. Try hold at this weight or cut down 10-15lbs. Your goal bodybuilding or strength training?
