    17 tea old male
    Lifting for about a year
    185 pounds
    around 15% body fat

    Due to this coronavirus, I can't go to the gym and am resorting to the home gym (dumbells up to 55 bench, pull up bar). I was told my doctor that I can't lift heavy due to a heart/blood pressure problem. I need help knowing a couple of things. I have been doing weighted pushups and pull-ups to try and keep building while maintaining the health issue. for example, I max deadlift at 314 and now I can't go over 180ish and more reps. I REALLY do not want to lose any muscle and if I can continue to build it. I am going to have to stay in this regime for a couple of months. Any help is appreciated.

    If I have to stay in the 15ish rep range am I going to lose any muscle I have built?

    Can I still get bigger while staying in this rep range of 15?

    What are things I can do to maintain muscle?

    What are the things I can do to build muscle during this time?
