I can do the basics, weighted pull ups, muscle ups, wide grip pull ups, dips, one arm hangs, incline push ups ect. Will have to get down to like 220 or so for handstand pushups, but thats the only one Im missing out on

Calisthenics are great for strength/endurance and body awareness and coordination, but not for power.
Nah, it is just you are fat and you think the fat makes you look more manly, but it just makes you look fat.

Are you planning on attempting the ring handstand push ups in those baby blue trunks?

Is that a church across the street? I hope the priests aren't spying...
^^ It's true, my first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

don't feed these trolls. srs. they don't lift, they just like spending time on lifting forums chitting on lifters.
Not lying, I have been doing manual labor my whole adult life. Picking up a barbell is the easiest way to lift weight. My job is literally moving dozens of 165 lbs kegs and hundreds of packs of beer a day (Thousands of pounds worth) and you think I can’t bench 2.5 plates? Can’t deadlift 4.5 plates? Just lol. And that 330x2 was on a safety squat bar but that is a moot point.

Point is, you have to be pretty fukking strong to do what I do for a living so a lot of that carried over into lifting weights but my whole point is lifting weights didn’t carry over at all into my job, so I stopped putting more wear and tear on my body and went about a more holistic way to gain strength that will, and has, carryover into my daily life.

Edit: and I don’t “chit on lifters” and have always helped those seeking advice on lifting weights. Can’t tell you how many novices I got to do rows instead of 13 different kinds of biceps curls or more bench and pressing instead of Tricep rope pushdowns and spending an hr on a pec deck.
