    Home workout

Hello, I have no equipment and cannot leave the house, so I have to do bodyweight exercises. I have been doing these.

    3 x Pull ups

    3x Dips

    3x Push ups

3x weighted lunges holding something heavy in my hands

8-12 reps, except I can only do 5-6 pullups max, hope I will improve by time.

Every other day (monday, wednesday, friday)

I really enjoy doing it but is the volume too low to build muscle? I am a beginner so don't want to risk injury so I started at 3 sets, should I increase?

I'd recommend to add chin ups, shield pull ups, and maybe calf raises so you hit more muscles

I can also add something heavy to bicep curl and triceps overhead push.

If you can add a horizontal pull movement that would be great too. Maybe you have something heavy you can do a one-arm bent over row with? Or an inverted bodyweight row using a table?
