This is a 5 day home workout I created , I modelled it off of a Chris Bumstead routine that I was doing before corona virus lockdown hit.
I wanted to know peoples opinions on this routine and wether or not the routine will be effective , thanks

I like the names of your exercises. They sound like the names of characters in some X-Men or other super hero movie. Pike, Plank, Scissor, Snow Angel, Superman. Then it sounds like an Eastern Bloc geography lesson, Russia Bulgaria, Romania. If you could add anything, it should be some exercises named after predatory animals. Shark, tiger, python, eagle, scorpion.
