    Cable chest press

    Just adjusting to home workouts, so looking for a check on these cable incline presses! Video makes the rom look short but my hands are coming to chest level, also doing hella slow reps to hit TUT as resistance isn’t much with what I got

    Any pointers would be awesome bc equipment/exercise selection is limited!

    Looks fine to me. If you're struggling to get a solid workout cause the weight isn't heavy enough, try doing pushups first to fatigue your chest a bit

    Agree with the poster above. Looks fine. If you feel like trying something different...I like to do them with a neutral grip and turn it into a press/fly combo, flexing at the top.
