    Talking Bulk or cut during coronavirus?

    I was bulking and eating many calories and i am not big yet , but since all gyms closed here i am gonna workout at home (mostly pushups and ab crunches ) , now since i can't increase the weight week by week like i used to do at the gym , do u think it would be a good idea to cut so that my abs and muscles (which are not big yet) gets more defined? That of course means that ill eat 500 calories less than my ted. Or should i simply continue bulking with many calories?

    cut. Try to go for a jog around your block. Do planks, pushups, bodyweight squats, lunges, calf raises, situps, etc. Do a circuit of that everyday.

    All about the bodyweight stuff at the moment. I actually read an interesting article today about it but probably won’t be able to find it now
