I was bulking and eating many calories and i am not big yet , but since all gyms closed here i am gonna workout at home (mostly pushups and ab crunches ) , now since i can't increase the weight week by week like i used to do at the gym , do u think it would be a good idea to cut so that my abs and muscles (which are not big yet) gets more defined? That of course means that ill eat 500 calories less than my ted. Or should i simply continue bulking with many calories?

Cutting could lower your immune system function.

cut. Try to go for a jog around your block. Do planks, pushups, bodyweight squats, lunges, calf raises, situps, etc. Do a circuit of that everyday.

It's up to you if want to bulk then don't cut your diet and if you want abs you should do more abs workout.

I have been lifting on and off for a little while, I recently decided to get my diet in check. I cut down from 180, currently I am 154. I am 5'11
im not sure if I should bulk or continue cutting at this point, as I feel im getting too light
