    Best Protein for non workout days (Blends)

    I have been taking phase 8 for non workout days as its a blend and it breaks down the protein slowly.

    I was wondering if there are other options that might be better out there.

    No need to change from workout days - digestion rate is largely irrelevant.

    Protein digestion times are largely irrelevant. No need to change supplemental protein on workout/non-workout days.

    It's protein. Eat whatever food or use whatever protein powder/supplement you want in order to meet your daily protein macro/goal.

    How many grams of protein are you getting per day?

    Again, it doesn't matter what kind of protein the powder is when you use it to supplement your regular food to meet your macro.

    same as for workout days, lol

    most "postworkout" supplements are simply just marketing. Any type of normal whey (or food) would work.
