Hi All
Around 21st of Jan I started a cut and have been doing so since.
Below pictures are before (right) and after (left) I’m not switching to start a bulk and to build muscle. Is this a good starting point?
No doubt I will gain lots of knowledge from this forum.
Any tips would be great
