So, how was the 420 dead lift form? (looked near perfect to me) Felt easier than my 410 that I got bashed on.

BTW, I'll try and do some real CHEAT curls for ya, stay tuned! Maybe a day or two!

I'm still in awe how learned that Steinborn (or whatever you call it). Sorry, still "on spread"

Maybe because I'm still back at the very early headstand/frogstand stage of this I hadn't thought of that kick to kip the initial lift, that's definitely going to be needed by me when/if I get to that point. It's odd, although I wasn't yet strict pressing barbell OHP for bodyweight, I could see it as a perfectly do-able nearby goal and was making good progress, but these HSPUs are a *****er! I've got so far to go to catch you up.

The kip is helpful, it makes the movement more of a upside down push press. I can do a few strict but not many!! As they say, practice makes perfect (and I'm far from that)!!

Looks like a lot of fun, Flex!

I got the Rogue Post Landmine a little over a year ago. https://www.roguefitness.com/post-landmine

I like doing Meadows Rows as well, but was really getting some repetitive motion injuries in my elbows from them. Still several other exercises I use it for though.

I didn't realize they made that handle attachment thing--so might have to check that out. Thanks for posting!

went looking for a landmine attachment as it would be a nice add. Just about everything sold out! Boy, this virus will be a boon for home workout equip.

Looked on Craigs for some bumper plates for my daughter, and people are marking up stuff 50-100% over list price!

Snapped a quick pic from my Fri 'bro' workout. I just did arms and shoulders.

One of the greatest (and most difficult) exercises is an overhead carry with a weight that you can only clean and push press for a single rep. Try it next time.
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.

You first, and post it please. I'm already my fair share of awkward squatting.

I've done overhead carries, not with a near max clean and push press though.

I've done them in the distant past, but not lately. Currently, I do long Farmers' Walks every other day. Whenever there's a "What one exercise..." thread, I always say heavy overhead carries, because it's a deadlift, a clean and press and the most difficult of all loaded carries. Even if I had the ability to make videos, I wouldn't. It's not my thing. I know you do loaded carries, though and thought you might like the challenge.

I honestly just want to focus on Deads and cleans (squats), I would love to hit an all time PR sooner than later, it's been a very long time, I'm a good 30# away from it.

    We'll see

I figured I would contribute to the economy a bit and go ahead and get my Stairmaster I have been wanting for my home gym. I wanted the Gauntlet, but I didn't want to spend $8,000. Probably won't ship for another 3 months (sarcasm), but I'm excited.

Thought hard about the leg press/hack squat combo....maybe next month.

Not bad at all. Nothing wrong with using less weight, though.

Great choices for the home gym. When the press comes in it might be all you need.

That's it, no PR's today, but 430 is still a somewhat new weight for me. The lockout is EASY, SUPER EASY.

    Yeah baby!
