Workout today was
1 min kettlebell swings
1 min jump rope.
30 seconds kettlebell swing.
30 seconds jump rope.
Rest 3 minutes
Repeat x5.
2 mile run with my boys.
++My oldest found a picture of me from the late 80’s with my Mohawk. We made a bet about our run. I lost and they got to shave my head; might get the elmers and go full spike tomorrow.

So was I, but to more to ID, not you, FLEX you're beast!!!. I admit my dead-lift ain't CHIT, but I was a great farmer walker at one time, hope I still can????? (farmers walk is less ROM, notice the top of my deads are solid, hardest part is shins) (I once carried a 850# yoke), but my dead was CHIT!!!!
Bando!!!!! I thought you ignored me? At least I posted a vid. AND NOT BUSTING BALLZ! post up!
This is at least keeping my mental state from Gubmit BS talk.

I see you love me so much. But you got a long way to go before you are even fit to pick up my left over plates Well....all I can do is laugh at you grunting so hard to get 2 reps. You like to talk trash, but this is prior to getting diagnosed with low t. So not only lifetime natty, but 12 year old girl test levels. And only about a year back training. This is from 2012.
Now....if I could have only grunted more it would have been impressive!
Since you are a home trainer, lets see some pullup vids. Here is an old one for ya.....feel free to match it. Again....natural low-t version of former self...My calves were pretty bad back then!

Ha....All the crap I take from dudes like him from time to time on here 'calling me out', I was looking back through my old youtube vids when I was storming my comeback on the >35, and damn if I was not pretty strong.
Here is an early vid of me benching bodyweight 31 times. (190 at the time). I was pretty athletic back then and lb/lb probably stronger than I am now for sure. All the dieting and perpetual leaning took a hit on my strength. I was probably 12-13ish back then and man that was decent strength back then....
It is petty cool to look back at these and see them. I had really forgotten how 'hungy' I was to get back!

I don’t even bench, I do overhead Olympic stuff, everthing I do is in my journal “strength simplistic” Have you been living under a rock?
And this is the first time I’ve posted vids I don’t have stuff going back 10plus years, never even had a smart phone till a few years ago.

Alright which Mod has the balls to ban this LWW Jackass?
There's several legit mods here with a decade of O35 experience, CTG, LBM, Will, Wildtim. And there's also Iceman.
My money is on LBM. Just going with my gut here. Anyone else have an opinion?Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Oh, so I post a vid of training and that’s what get? Who the phuck are you anyway, didn’t you put me on ignore like a child? Keep it there.
Your the real midget anyway, my pockets the ROM in my deadlift proves I’m not the dwarf here, I imagine you’ll mind won’t change though. I think some people are jealous??? Didn’t think I could really lift something, in the grass, in rough ground too, if you think it’s easy try it, this the home training thread anyway, we on lockdown! Except Bando, I heard Texas still got choice lucky bastards!!!

And btw, this is MY comeback anyway, I had a real bad 10 years with the ressession.
Go ahead, make fun of me for that, this forum has some of the most lowlife chit talken punks around, but this is the first time in a decade that I’m lifting over 405 consistenly every week and I pulled 200kg 7 days ago.
Watch and see ******* I’ll keep posting vids you should know people get stronger.
And I’m having fun here, lifting, so it’s all good.

Hey bud, so I usually work out at home but it sucks that I will have to move soon and probably get rid of a good portion of my stuff due to no room for it. I have mostly free weights, 2 barbells, 2 dumbbells, an old arse bench, an easy curl bar and a mess of plates. Also a machine with a few things on it I like to use (mostly the tricep pulldown with rope attachment or small straight bar attachment). I’ll probably only get to keep the dumbbells and some plates, hopefully a barbell too but I don’t know.
Probably end up at planet fitness eating pizza, heh.~Chill Crew~ (⌐■_■)

Chatter sounds like it's going to be a few months at least...we'll see.
I bit the bullet today and bought this, assembling it tomorrow morning. It's for pull ups and dips obviously, but also can do incline pushups, and can move the backrest down lower and do decline sit ups and preacher curls. This, a weighted belt, dumbbell, and a set of small plates should get me through for a while. That and a lot of running outside.

I originally would have linked to where I bought mine, but they've been removed from the Fitness Depot site, because they're sold out. These have many uses other than dips. Angle away.

I don’t have a rack at home, I have to clean it first.
When was this done? Are these workouts your doing NOW at home?
I don’t know where all this showing better lifts in history came from?
And I can’t do that strict, I need to jerk it, I have journal ya know!
Is this turning into something different than just training hard at home during this?
I can’t hang with you on overheads maybe farmers and yoke though, those where my pet lifts, but now I want a bigger dead and squat.

I only asked for what you are doing now, not 10 years ago before low t. So what are you doing now?
I’ve always complimented your dead’s by stating great set and that is real good because you didn’t touch and go, but let’s see no straps.
It seems you are mentally challenged? How about a vid of our hard-ons, not before low t?

I don't train heavy anymore. My spinal fracture and disk injury a year and a half ago pretty much made that decision for me.
I have tried lifting heavy a few times since the accident(just to see if I still 'got it'), but it is not worth the risk for me since my back is now unpredictable and sometimes goes out on very light work.
And it is NOT a competition, but for reference, here is me ROWING for 5reps what you struggled to deadlift for 2. AND>>>>no grunting.
Others: sorry for distracting this thread with baiting our resident troll here. I need something to take my mind off other things that actually matter
