Self-quarantined for the foreseeable future. What exercises to do at home?

This is a hard time that we're living and I hope you guys and your loved ones stay well and healthy until this horrible pandemic passes.
I have a pull-up bar and a couple of 5kg dumbbells (I normally use the 25-30kg ones at the gym depending on the exercise). What exercises would you guys recommend with what's available to minimize muscle loss as much as possible?
    Thank you.

Gonna finally start doing squats and chit.

Catch up on lots of sleep and reduce calorie intake. Don't need much energy to do jigsaw puzzles or read.

5kg dumbbells not going to be real useful.

    Lateral raises until failure
    Triceps kickbacks
    Overhead triceps extensions
    And that's it, I guess.

You can try and gold both dumbells in the same hand.

Rear delt raises, slow and with good form.

You can use sturdy dining chairs for exercises like curls. Hold a leg close to the seat for lighter resistance, further down for heavier.

    Easy

Do high rep pullups, then add weight by strapping those dbs.

Do pushups, progress into archer pushups, then => single arm pushups => single arm pushup while holding your dbs => etc..

    side/rear raises, high volume

    tricep extensions

overhead shrugs, they require little weight
