    Quarantine

    Do any of you guys/girls who live alone in London have a home gym? If so would any of want a quarantine partner when the city goes in lockdown which it most likely will as most countries are going on lockdown or have gone. It will be 2 weeks minimum and I dont wanna be locked 2 weeks with my parents fk that lol) plus I dont want to lose all my gains as I dont have any equipment and home workouts suck for the level im at. I qualified for nationals in powerlifting last year and will hopefully cut down and qualify again if this doesnt take too long. Im just looking for a quarantine buddy to hang out with and I can get 420 if anyone's interested coz it will get boring. Also if your serious about lifting I can also help out and we could learn from each other. I want to cut down and compete at 83 or 93kg and then go back and take it to the "next level" and go up to 105kg and try strongman and get into britains strongest man u105 within 2 yrs~ Anyways if anyone is interested just mssg me and we can talk a lot beforehand.
    I hope this isnt weird. I dont wanna lose my gains misc ;-; You cant get close to a similar training effect to heavy deadlifts and squats at home once your repping over 5 plates on both fml.

    I'm in the same boat man, I'm in Nottinghamshire though, and I don't have a home gym.

    My wife's step dad has a bench in his loft. It's centuries old but it might have to do, I checked strength shop for a barbell and plate starter kit but literally every barbell is sold out and the only plates left are tiny fractional plates.
    Squat - 190kg

    Bench - 107.5kg

    Deadlift - 195kg

    Damn, I feel you bro. This sux … Went gym today because it was the last day and they saying all gyms are now closed for 6 weeks. I dont have any equipment so im looking to buy like you but its hard. Hopefully ill find a good deal on ebay so I can pick up equipment from someones house before we are on full lockdown. I wish you the best of luck tho!
