Sony developer says Series X Power Difference over PS5 is "Quite Staggering"
The PS5's main advantage is it can load uglier worlds faster

Scared? All you have been doing is referencing your precious polls lol. I have seen people do this in politics and it doesn't seem to work out much better there either. In any case I really don't give a chit because consoles are about games and I don't plan on buying either one of these until they release an update and some decent games.

Forget which company came out and said the Series X is 35% more powerful in actuality, not just theory which obviously backs up the raw numbers. 35% difference is quite a lot when both consoles are going to be priced fairly close to each other. Even if the Series X is $100 more, $100 more for 1/3 more power is good value. The PS5 won't be cheap with it's spanky new SSD. That alone will bring the price right up with the Sexbox.
You also don't have to use a Playstation controller which is literal cancer.
Every developer that has talked about the consoles is talking about how the Series X is way more powerful than the PS5, then you get Sony fanboys creating articles on their blogs saying that the PS5 isn't much weaker and the SSD will bring it up to par. The level of cope for Sonybrahs is off the chart.
I don't care which is more powerful, at the end of the day I'll choose Xbox because the controller destroys the playstation AIDS controller. Not part of any crews crew

There are developers out there talking about how game changing the PS5 is too bud. Don’t call people fanboys and then act like a massive one yourself.
Also lmao, imagine picking a console for the controller.US NAVY

Honestly you both sound ridiculous in a way.
Getting one over the other because of a controller? LMFAO. Have you even picked up a Dualshock 4? If we were talking Dualshock 3 maybe I wouldn't be laughing so hard because that thing was trach but the DS4 is definitely in the same category as the Xboner controller. I think the stock controllers come down to stick layout preference more than anything. I am not buying one is significantly better than the other. Now if you wanted to talk about MS's available Elite series controller and Sony giving that role to 3rd parties I can see an argument, but it remains to be seen what Sony even plans regarding controllers for the PS5.
And anyone falling for the developers saying the "PS5 is game changing" is a few brain cells short. This is business, think of what a developers relationship is to Sony, of course they are going to say that. Furthermore most of these statements are coming from Sony owned studios, so just LMAO taking any stock in that. I get the audio and load times are good, don't get me wrong but it's clear Sony is trying to pivot hard into making consumers think these things are much more important than they are because their graphics power sucks in comparison to MS.

I’m not falling for anything. Just pointing out that I can find statements like that. The point is, neither console is out yet so we don’t know how things are gonna play out. I recognize and admit Xbox has bigger numbers of teraflops which is meaningless to me and i honestly don't care about that anyway. I maintain what I’ve always said, its going to come down to games for me like it always had.
I was an xbox guy for a long time. The 360 was goat. I even bought an xbox one first. I still have my day one edition somewhere. I didn’t buy a ps4 until they came out with the Batman Arkham Knight edition console. The difference in games that I was interested in became to massive to ignore. I really do hope that Microsoft knocks it out of the park this time because competition is only going to make both better.US NAVY

All signs point to Sony planning a 9TF console until MS revealed a 12, and then scrambling they decide to overclock, variably because they know of the potential issues.
IMO Sony just needs to admit this PS5 is poverty AF and position it for what it is, a product that is priced for the consumer. Then you do whatever you need to do to make a PS5 "Pro" happen for launch.
It's very odd how this pre-launch is playing out, MS is doing everything Sony did right last gen while Sony is doing everything MS did wrong.

This is a good idea but they probably cannot price it substantially lower than the XSX. It has to be priced at least $100 cheaper than the XSX to be even attractive. But majority of console buyers doesn't even know the specs. So if Sony settles for 9TF and sell it for $50-100 cheaper, it will still sell like hotcakes.

Not a big deal for the people who primarily play multi platform games anyway.
Can't lie, there's quite a few Sony exclusive franchises I really love...but I'm still not totally convinced I will buy a PS5 over the Xbox...
It's hard to reward Sony with my money when it feels like they dropped the ball so hard with hardware specs. And there's loads of rumors right now surrounding issues with the PS5's cooling capabilities. There's basically nothing - at all - right now giving me much confidence surrounding the PS5.
- Sony still won't tell us much beyond basic ass specs
- We still don't even know wtf it looks like
- Rumors of overheating issues
