Fed injected 2.3 trillion into the debt market.

    Banks give loans to corporations.

    Corporations buy back their stock.

It's been going on for a while now brah.

Everyone is in on this ponzi scheme. Don't be left out, FOMO!

If it weren't for the Fed, this market would have crashed 50% or more already.

Bull 90% of the time. But not 99 you're crazy! While the misc and experts do fear monger. You should definitely be wary of the market. I'm sure there are still more rallies to be had but theres gonna be a dip soon. Maybe once corona starts going down it will be more healthy

I'm looking to load up on puts. What are some companies that bounced back that you think shouldn't have?

Right now I'm looking to retailers, some REITs and things like six flags disney and SeaWorld. I feel like after earning a lot of those will get wrecked again.

The question is which is the better winner though?

Example, I have a little under $30k in a retail mf that I came back positive on just yesterday that I am considering dumping and buying another 100 VOO shares with.

I’m conflicted though because while I like the little bit of diversity it gives me I still think the paper performance of VOO will probably out do it. Thoughts? Somewhere better to park it?

    Quick question for you bros!:

Are there any benefits to claiming LOSSES on a stock you’ve held for a year or more vs <1 year?

I assume not, but just wanted to check before I sold this chitty stock that I’ve been holding for almost a year.

You trynna flip these in the short term?

It’ll take some time to see results here. We need to get a handle on how much this pandemic has bombed demand, then we’ll see how the production cuts (and reductions from recent bankruptcies) pan out.

I’m pretty bullish on Canadian oil right now. We have shovels in the ground for two major pipelines, I’m likely going to work on Keystone XL soon. We might finally see some capital investment in the 2-5 year range

VOO/SPY/IVV all have massive assets underneath can't go wrong with either. (Their average returns in 10 years all are within 1-2 percent of each other. )

I have no clue on FSRPX.

You're playing long game so nothing to worry about.

Its because no one buys OPECs bullchit. I'm reading 20-30 bpd demand destruction and OPEC is talking about 10 bpd production cut which if you believe that will happen I have a bridge to sell you. They didn't even give a timeframe or details so its just fluff. Last time they agreed to cuts Russia just kept pumping anyway. These countries have a long history of agreeing to things without any binding actions. And the US will not be cutting production. Commodity markets know whats up.
