Hey Bunky, all in due fun here, but Jerry says "it ain't real"!!! If I really cared I'd find time to post an image of a baby retard, but I don't have the serious Internet business attitude of a million posts on a BB forum. Some folks have a lot of posts who actually lift.

Jerry misses his friends, I can't watch the whole thing, but I suspect this is his so-called training.

No need, I did something yesterday called "weight training" worked great, my body was/is in a state of euphoria, you should try it sometime. I know you just hang out around here, but ya should actually attempt to train one day.

We talked about this Tater Tot, Short memory too? I'll refresh you, I haven't so much as lifted a dumbbell since this sh!t storm hit, and I'm not going to until it's over. I am enjoying the break immensely, for my euphoria, I cycle daily, between 25 to 40 miles have been the norm lately and with that kind of mileage I know that I have a lot more time in the saddle than you do producing ass shots in your back yard. Hope on a bike and give it a shot Tater, it's great cardio and it lowers blood pressure too.

I already know you don’t lift anything. It’s not that tough to cycle downhill.

Not sure where you're getting all your information from. The CDC has been recommending cloth masks since at least April 2. I know there have been other sources claiming that masks don't help, but not the CDC. And saying it doesn't transmit "easily" from surfaces does not mean that recommending cleaning and handwashing should be ignored. It's always been about reducing chances of infection through an abundance of caution.

Looking for trivial corrections to justify disregarding the fundamental and legitimate warnings is not wise.

A couple of days ago was the 40th anniversary of the Mt. St. Helens eruption. There were a bunch of specials aired about it. One of the most telling clips was that of people, a few days before the explosion, griping about how the government was overreacting in keeping people out of the area -- it couldn't be all that dangerous, the government was just spreading panic. We all know how that turned out.
I'm out, standing in my field.

    64 and still a newbie.

    OK, it was WHO:

    World Health Organization:
"There is currently no evidence that wearing a mask (whether medical or other types) by healthy persons in the wider community setting, including universal community masking, can prevent them from infection with respiratory viruses, including COVID-19."

    Yes this changed - eventually.

Now we're seeing a change in the 'dangers' of casual contact of INFECTED SURFACES. If you want to be scared, be my guest. But you're letting these "health experts" play with you...

I never said don't wash you hands. I'm saying the experts are changing advice regularly.

That's funny! Trivial. Yea, fundamental changes are trivial. They had coronabros afraid to bring their mail or packages into their homes.

That's true, but finding a route that is downhill round trip is extremely difficult. Seems like I am always biking into the wind no matter which direction I am heading.

Lol, I don’t care, I digress, I’ll just put simply the mystery guy MT is a clown with too much time on his hands.

I’ve cycled plenty and I even did it when I was a burnt out pot smoker.

Let me teach ya something chump since you like knocking people so much.

You have no idea what "training" is because you've never competed in a f'ing bb'ing contest , power lifting meet, nor even ran a marathon.
You just "lift weights" or at best "workout with weights".
You have no idea what training is really like and insult those of us who do because you have your head stuck so far up your azz living in your created world, with delusions of grandeur and what makes a "real man".

    You have balls.
I saw your vid, saw your "hardcore" method of getting the bar on your back but for anyone who's been in a squat rack with real weight (not what you f around with, a joke) you're really stupid.

I have been on this forum over a decade and have seen all sorts of trolls, idiots, and douche bags. You have the unenviable distinction of being the most dim witted, obtuse, dumbest mutherphucker I have ever seen posts from.

    You are one daft individual.

Really? That's what you want to quibble about?

Previous: "Wash hands frequently and thoroughly, keep surfaces clean and wiped down, because virus transmission may occur from touching contaminated surfaces and then transferring it to your face."

Now: "Wash hands frequently and thoroughly, keep surfaces clean and wiped down, because virus transmission may occur from touching contaminated surfaces and then transferring it to your face, although that's probably not as likely as we thought earlier."

Is that what fits your definition of "fundamental" change?

The main mode of transmission is still the same -- aerosol droplets from people sneezing, coughing, or talking. That hasn't changed. Nobody's playing anyone except the conspiracy theorists

If that's a fundamental change, then you're a fundamentally different person when your bladder is full compared to when it's not.

I think degree is quite important. When medical experts start talking about transmission rates being extremely high, death rates extremely high, masks are useless and that even touching surfaces has a high chance of infection, it is a recipe for panic. Exaggerating a single aspect may not have a huge impact on peoples behavior, exaggerating every aspect of it can and will. When they start walking back their statements, the impact will be seen in future pandemics when experts inspire less and less confidence.

Months ago at the height of this pandemic, I used the men's room at Walmart. Some fat dude in the next stall released some serious shotgun diarrhea. His putrid funk filled up the entire restroom. I thought I was gonna vomit in my mask.

Then I had an AHA moment.

If my mask did not protect me from other people's a$$ gas, my mask certainly will not protect me from Rona.

Going to bathroom in public place was selfish of you. You should have went before going outside. You are supposed to get essentials and that’s it, avoid any germs. If I could I’d mail you a fine but I can’t. Your Gov, Jack MeOff.

I've seen people doing that in the [European] Alps in summer. They get a cable car up something and cycle down (various bike types depending on what they're doing). I've not tried that myself but ignoring the exercise merits or otherwise.. it looks fun and I'd like to try it some day.

Let's not forget, covid can not travel any further than 6 feet, it can live on all surfaces accept packages from Amazon. It's doesn't live in Target, Lowes, Walmart, Grocery stores and is only contagious in bars, hair salons, small business and ESPECIALLY churches (covid hates god). Food ordered out is always handled properly and clear of contamination and remember, masks are only effective for medical personnel.

Ain't that the truth Bunky, I have decent routes in all directions so I usually head into the wind and ride it back. lol

You mentioned downhill being easy Tater, it's a lot easier with a 25 mph wind at your back.

And it only goes after dark-skinned minorities according to Alexandria Occasional Cortex and a bunch of other leftist race-baiting commies. And oh. You're right. It's contagious in Christian churches but in Muslim mosques it's okay to violate the social distance order cuz y know, racism.

Again, ignoring the different sources of the statements. You also have to keep in mind that at the beginning very little was known about the transmissibility of the virus or its lethality, but the preliminary figures gave plenty of cause for concern. Urging an abundance of caution is not panic, especially early on when the number of cases and fatalities were increasing exponentially. There's every indication that this caution is what's responsible for the leveling in the number of cases.

When a warning is heeded, and action is taken that prevents a disaster, the fact that a disaster didn't happen is NOT evidence that there was never a danger and the preventative actions should not have been taken.
