I am taking their Impact Whey right now with consistent result and I am thinking about starting to take creatine too, since many people recommend it. Is Myprotein's monohydrate good? Its really cheap from what I've seen.
And also their label says to take 3g after every workout.
What amount do you think I should take? I am 85 kg rn and I am taking 3 scoops of Impact Whey on days i workout and 2 scoops when I am not.

Yea, it’s fine. I’ve recently started back using it, 5g/day every day.
