Still going, here is the precautions I'm taking however
- I train at 430AM, there are like 2-5 people in the weight room at that time.
- wipe stuff down with more care
- phone goes in my bag, I don't touch it until after I'm finished and wash my hands. Not logging my workouts now
- under no circumstances touch my face
- don't put my hands near the mouth of my water jug
- wash hands thoroughly after lifting
- not working in with anyone or next to anyone
- not doing anything where my face is facing a bench pad or back support.
Most of this I do routinely just because I'm not gross, but I've taken more precautions lately.6'1 - 240lbs

Still going as normal. I just ensure to wash my hands with anti-bac soap directly afterward.
My gym is a privately owned gym, so I'm guessing that the owner won't shut the gym until the government orders him to. I'm still seeing normal numbers as well. The C19 risk isn't scaring off the meatheads."Honor is something that all men are born with. It cannot be taken from you nor can it be granted. It must only not be lost."

You on that 7 days a week schedule? That's brutal.
I currently switched my routine to hitting my muscles 3x a week (except legs/shoulders which is 2x a week)
But i still take sundays off.
I sweat like crazy so if i touch my towel often and use the towel to wipe my face, i'm sure the virus can still infect me that way?
I think i'll be fukked. Owell...Last edited by backinthegymbro; 03-13-2020 at 06:19 AM.

I am so exited to go workout at the gym tomorrow that tomorrow is today.
It is Friday the 13th.
Still awake.
Gonna do my usual. Bunch of pull ups, dips, push ups and skill work on planche, handstand and levers. Yep, can absolutely do that at home.☆☆☆USA яєω☆☆☆

U wot m8. Other than legit big gatherings the gym is literally the worst place to be. How is building muscle, losing fat and getting better cardio going to help your immune system.
brb going to a place where everyone is sweating and touching the equipment and 7% of people actually wash their hands.
brb safest place to go
brb the fuk you smoking
brb I'll be going to the gym later today because no fear thoughNot part of any crews crew

yeah still going, public health admin over here still saying covid-19 is at a very low/minimal risk.
just going to take some precautions, like wipe down equipment I use, don't touch face, wash hands, etc. not sure how much it's going to help given a lot of people use the gym and equipment.
Also I think certain types of chalk you can buy act as an antibacterial as well, may consider buying that.

Still going, just got home a little bit ago. I dont sweat from lifting but I wear cut t shirts so my skin does touch the benches and equipment. Since I never sweat I never tend to wipe stuff down, but now I do. Everyone at my gym is wiping everything down after every use. They even have a white board when you walk in telling you to so so. To avoid being shamed I joined the club. It seems reasonable enough and it's probably smart. The morning crew is also old and those are the ones most likely to have it anyway.
On a personal note, people have lost their damn minds. This thing is of zero concern to me. People need to relax and use a little common sense. If people were dropping like flies I'd get it, but that's gar from the case.USMC 95-2000
Do or do not, their is no try! (I made this up myself)

Brb get a huge pump, then walk outside and be right on the beach able to show everyone the gains you just made.
Brb jump in the ocean for a quick cool down, brb getting a nice tan making the muscles look even better.

I’ve just started back at MMA. Planning on getting my cardio up to the point I can train twice a day plus some weights. I’m in my uni city so no physical contact with elderly or sick relatives so I literally could not care less about this virus rn.
