    How can I improve my digestion system?

    I am bulking at the moment and its a little hard on my digestive system. Do you have any advice maybe supplements or some food that can improve my digestion? Thx!

    You could eat things that don't trouble your digestive system.

    You may need to systematically eliminate different foods to see what is causing you the problem. The most likely candidate is lactose in milk. It's possible to take lactase tablets to help digest it - or you could just avoid having too much of it.

    I recently started having problems to the point my back hurts. I drink nothing but water and a lot and I take probiotics and eat a lot of yogurt. Don’t eat late at night and obviously too much protein constiiates you

    What does "improve my digestion" mean? OK, I'm guessing either diarrhea or constipation.
    Diarrhea: BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, apples, and tea. Bananas and rice work for me. Everybody's different.
    Constipation: high fiber you can tolerate. Raisins, dates, apricots, broccoli, kale, cauliflower, etc.
    Whatever works for you.
