    OT isn't specifically for joints, although it can help. I'd say cissus or paractin are the two best. Ideally cissus with low ketosterone amount, as seen in SNS Cissus.

    Cissus isn't for joint health though (it doesn't benefit the joints in any way). It appears to only act as a pain killer.

    I don't really love cissus in that regard as you could end up hurting yourself more by thinking you are okay when something is off.
