    Beta alanine no tingling

    Everywhere i search i just see people saying taking even low doses of beta analine cam cause some uncomfortable tingling.

    Ive been taking 6g of beta analine (split into 1.5gx4 through the day) for about a week but never felt any tingling. Does this mean it’s not working idk

    It's pretty mild and you are keeping your dose pretty low. I used to take it and only got tingling the first time or two at that dose. I wouldn't call it uncomfortable though.

    buying beta-alanine alone is a waste of money

    if you take it as a part of a pre-workout still yeah, a waste of money. but i wouldn't really worry too much about it

    you really won't have a remotely noticeable training effect from it.

    Take 6g all at once, you'll feel it. Unlike sooby, I have a strong effect from it, different things affect different people.

    I only ever took it all at once as a preworkout also. Got tingling every time, potentially a bit of a boost for my workout but I did hate the tingling. I switched to citrulline malate that has no tingling. Currently I’m not taking anything preworkout.

    Yeah 6g is a lot, I take like 1.5grams, the tingling is only a side-effect, beta alanine is a long term supplement like creatine anyway.
