Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Warzone [Battle Royale]

Anyone playing the MP and SP of Modern Warfare? SP is amazing and the MP is good as well. I have my complaints about some things in MP but it's surely a step back to the days of when COD used to be good. Nice to see Activision not completely fawking everything up like usual.

5 games, got my as handed to me but was decently fun (Plunder Mode); biggest complaint was it crashed almost every game on me with the stupid 'Dev Error'. Looking it up, many potential solutions, tried them all, nothing worked.

Ah well, game can't run for a solid 30 minutes, I'm out until there is a fix.

brb headphones at a good level to hear footsteps etc
brb planes fly over and deafen you

it's like they think everyone is a bunch of mong bubble blowers that get turned on by big explosions and sound effects

yes, and the footstep direction is fkd , i constantly find myself spinning trying to guess where they are coming from , it's a 50/50 shot lol

Yes. It drives me insane. It doesn't seem like the explosions or much else is out of tune in terms of volume, but my goodness if a plane is nearby you can't hear a damn thing. I guess that is good in a way though, because killstreaks are easy to avoid in this since it warns you. So having at least some added disadvantage when one is called on you is probably smart. You can call it in and push the other team without them hearing you as well.

I always struggle with just setting up my sound settings to where I can hear the game, and my team both appropriately. Without fail someone in my damn squad decides to eat, or their kid is in the background making random noises, or some other bullchit, so I end up not hearing a guy running right next to me.

I don't know but the PC version is ridiculously buggy sometimes.

It annoys me so much, after every update the game becomes laggy peace of sh*t with huge stuttering. Then sometimes the textures are not loading at all and the game looks like a fuking minecraft. I literally have to redownload the whole 90GBs to manage to play the game without stuttering until the next update

idk if hackers are an issue but I've been killed in some silly ways. Kill cams where the killer's view is covered by foilage but he still tracks me.

Fwiw playing tactical has more payoff than other CoD games I remember. Run and gun still a valid style though.

hackers are a known problem on pc, cheaters in cod was why i gave up building ,that and crysis lol

i also suspect there's some cheating going on as PC gaming only exists so kunts can cheat or show off 8k graphics on youtube with nitrogen tank cooled system that can cool a mustang muscle car.

I don;t play warzone but turning crossplay off for MP only effects matching times very slightly.

I really wish I I could turn off crossplay with PC but leave it on for Xbox though. There should be seperate toggles.

Welcome to my world. Crash of Duty: Modern Malware.

No clue what the Dev Error is, my crashes are usually straight to desktop with no error message. All I do to work around this is load the game up, and then rename the modernwarfare file to modernwarefare.exe1. Annoying as fuk but when all the bros are only playing this its a must.

They announced they will start placing cheaters in the same lobby so they have to play each other. There will also be a kill cam report feature coming

Ive literally been plating up in a corner of a huge building and a guy will run directly to me and kill me with 3headshots. The cheating is ridiculous

Ahh. This explains it. I was getting annoyed seeing people say they were playing with Crossplay disabled and XBox keeps telling me I can't. Guess I'll just have to deal with cheaters... Still have won 11 or 12 games and have 80ish top 10 finishes. Seems like me and my squad play well enough and smart enough to have a chance most games, but usually as the circles get smaller, whoever was already there and waiting just has the edge.

They really need a console only crossplay option, keeps the player pool larger and allows console friends to play with each while leaving PC losers to themselves.

I even tan into a cheater in multiplayer today. First time in like 20 hours of gameplay so it's rare, but still i'the type of frustration that makes you not want to play anymore.
