This is the best BR to date, IMO. They basically took features from every other popular BR, added them, and more. The fact you land with a gun... fantastic. Redeploy... fantastic... the gulag.... fantastic... the game volume could be fixed. Sometimes I don't hear people running up on me, and I do not like I can hear every gun fight across the entire map happening.

But fuark is it hard to win... I've won once and it took a lot of luck. You don't eve seem to fight just one squad... you usually end up fighting 2-3.

On PS4 if anyone wants to add. Jus now hopping into it but can already see people don't play with mics and don't use the ping system. I played Apex quite a bit for a while, and the ping systems are awesome.

Solo has been fun so far. Got 2 wins out of 10 games the day it dropped coupled with a few more top 10's and a couple bad breaks for like 130th place lol. Been "working" from home cause of this virus crap, couldn't be a better time. Have been doing a lot of solo today too.

Finished 2nd the very first game I played Solos.

Had a run of about an hour and half or so of Solo games before I switched back to Squads.

Three very quick games with people who once again not only don't talk, but don't even land in the same general vicinity as where they put their markers.

I don't understand... Blackout was game after game of random's talking on the mic.

Taking me a while to get used to, ive never been a COD fan and only got into shooters when PUBG arrived. Enjoying the Solo mode while i get to grips with it.

The amount of voodoo I have to perform to get this crashing piece of garbage to run for a round is ridiculous.

Also they need to up the cash on purchasing loadouts. 11,000 gets your entire team loaded with max ammo, 14,500 if you add plates. That's like 3 minutes worth of looty scooty.

I know they did it to save resources, but the map feels like a fake hollywood set instead of a real place. Every tall building is a room on the bottom, 14 flights of stairs, and a room up top/roof access. The only legitimate places are the actual call of duty maps they integrated into the game, like how Vacant is the building in Port I believe.

I do like the choppers and two dudes with RPGs/LMGs hanging off the side, chopper battles and assassination missions are great.

Got into a game with a couple of brosephs who had mics and were chatting the entire game.

We ended up coming 4th and had a great time.

No homo added each other and joined a party for a few more games before heading to bed.

Can't even imagine how goat this playmode would be with 2 of your solid bros going in deep each game instead of randoms.

That feel when your friends are dealing with life ruiners - sorry - kids - while you're playing video games planning your next holiday.

Grau is the best gun right now, no joke. Monolithic suppressor, XRX Void grip, extended mags, commando foregrip, and Nexus barrel makes it shred. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Been wanting to play Warzone but my 8gb ram is noticeably weak when trying to play. I ordered 8gb more, and it was defective. So ordered another one and waiting for that to come in. In the meantime been grinding for a nuke, and finally got it tonight on Ground War. Fuking stoked

Modern Warfare.

What you should be doing is landing, running a scavenger contract, and then running recon contracts and set up a position. It is always better to be posted up in a spot so you can see someone first and decide to engage. If they are in the bad spot they will have to move due to gas or running low on armor/ammo. If you don't like the mechanics play a different game mode.

The very last circle or two have some RNG involved with you can stay posted up with a wall to their back and who has to move away from gas. But during the first 20-30 minutes, after you are maxed on ammo and armor and you are in a good position, there is really no reason to rush in and die when you can sit in a well defended spot.

Lol finally got our 1st win in Warzone last night playing with my son.
We decided to just play as a team of 2 instead of getting random players that we always have to revive and cause our deaths.

It's also easy to pool in money since most times random players don't want to share cash to buy loadout and gears like armors, bullets, etc.

That is actually the nature of this BR. You cannot just run like a headless chicken around the map like in a regular multiplayer playlist.
People cannot really camp for life since they have to move in the gas circle.

In most cases, once you have your loadout and gear maxed, you want to get to a strategic position inside the circle. In my experience, we always end up in an open space during the last 2 gas circle changes.
And of course, you don't want to die especially playing with random since they won't spend cash to bring you back. Also gulag will be closed in the later part of the game so no 2nd chances.

Everyone I know creates a loadout with Heart beat sensor. Or they rush building to building looking for one. Then they camp with their sensor up all game long. It's incredibly boring to watch.

You can't really run around like a headless chicken in Warzone as we do on a regular multiplayer playlist if you at least intend to advance.
Also it's really hard to just camp in one place until the end since the gas cloud circle is getting smaller. You always have to move.

Truth is, once you have your loadout or max gears, you need to slowly find a strategic place to settle. That's just how it is.
In the end, whether you camp or not, there will be gunfights since the area is smaller.

Of course you don't want to die since you only get the gulag chance in like 3/4 of the game. They close the gulag later in the game so there's no second chance unless your team spend cash to bring you back.
And random players will not buy you back lol.
