I've been making dumbbells and plates out of concrete to train with that (only had 35lbs spinlocks dumbbells lying around).
Using an old reebok stepper as a flat bench. I'm still able to do most of my exercises.
Been jump roping more these days for cardio and also cutting again since summer is coming up. Getting the motivation to start my work out has been more difficult and finishing them as well, but whenever it's sunny, i lift in my backyard so i don't have my laptop, my bed and all other distractions near me.
These are the weights i made, going to paint them tomorrow and add the amount of weight in white paint after i cover them in black.
Spoiler!
Spoiler!Cobra Kai never dies!

I never have had many gains Sadly I am kind of thin with a stomach thanks to my love for food. My arms n legs prolly have less than 5% fat tho - very lean and rock hard with muscle lmao. Since no gyms anymore I went ahead and purchased a Bowflex Max Trainer. Very pricey but my friend has been using it a long while now and has lost loads of weight and inches off his belly n waist - so hey, wanted to try it out. Holy sh*t that thing kicks your ass. I am looking for a good pre-workout supplement to take, even tho I am on the machine less than 30 min, it combines an elliptical and a stair climber and a treadmill all in one so my legs, arms, and core all get a workout at the same time and wow. That thing is a beast, like your supplements

Will rep whoever can make the videos pop up been a while forgot. It’s been tough few weeks for me I’m a sergeant in nyc and was lucky enough to be able to send my wife and 7 month old son 3.5 hours north for the time being so haven’t seen them in 36 days....but building this home gym has been my sanity latelyTrying to improve day in and day out.

Shed Gym!
I've been grinding in my shed gym! I've also decided to make some equipment. I rigged up a low pulley system to my power rack which I use for belt squats. Used chain to attach a bar to landmine for tbar rows. A 1 inch loadin pin and a 2 inch. I'm going to make a reverse hyper for my power rack. I pull a truck tire as my sled.

.
This is pretty much me venting. and I think anyone who reads and relates.
A buddy of mine and I set up a decent gym in his basement. just some 45s, 35s, and dumbells that go up to 35, a couple benches, one pretty durable and another golds gym retail store kind of bench. Some resistance ropes, and other creative tools for weight, like buckets of water, water jugs. Forgot to mention I built a single pulley system but can only go so heavy, however it works pretty well for what it is!
I respect his house rules so I maybe get to go over once or twice a week. but in the mean time I've been able to keep up with painting and drawing commissions, nowthat its nice out, bike rides, kayaking and other fun stuff.
I use to be so itchy to go to the gym. I'll admit at first I was breaking down, I HAD TO GYM, I go right away in the morning. 6:30 sharp. go home and work on office or studio time.,
but withdraws were had, it was depressing, sleep all day, no positive insite for the day/week. no work coming, bank account draining. the gym is typically my morning coffee,
I've weened off it, when the time comes, I cant wait to go back, otherwise I've been able to hit the studio right away or go on a bike ride, clean, chores, etc. Sometimes drinking pre helps (half scoop or less) just to get that edge and positive spirit.PM for custom art inquiry's, examples on my page.

My only equipment is 1 resistance band and 2 kettlebells, but that's still enough for me. Haven't skipped a single day of working out for this whole period. Even managed to get rid of my belly lol.
I lift things up and put them down...
