Ideal Body Weight vs Adjusted Body Weight

Im losing alot of weight but I want to know when to stop and what my weight goal is. Someone mentioned to me that I should calculate my adjusted body weight instead of ideal body weight, but im not sure what that is.

it is extremely subjective... the ideal weight. If you can drop your body fat percentage under 10, then it's great. But don't go too low. That's actually dangerous. And build muscle. It's good for you.
