    I'm about to do legs but not sure how much I'll do.

    I had a local move yesterday so I was already basically deadlifting and farmers/yoke walking all day.

    I think I'll either do

    leg press 3x8 or V squats 3x5
    Slick floor curls 3x10 (using the row machine)
    2 sets of crunches 2 sets of planks (having sex tomorrow don't want doms in core)

    Then going to walk for an hour.

    Incline barbell smith 3x10
    Incline db curl and incline tricep push down
    Abs

    Switched to a 3 a week fullbody with a focus on changing rep schemes. So far so good.

    And then 90 mins of yoga.

    The gym was empty yesterday(Corona) and i think it will be today; so i will be doing anything i want which includes legs and chest with cardio.

    I tried full body x3 and it was too much for me. Do you only do one exercise per body part a workout? I was doing 2 per body part. I changed it to 2x a week and also doing yoga. We'll see how this goes.

    I lifted yesterday and this morning did hot yoga.
