Rate my journey 16-19 Y/O W PICS (SUPER HARDGAINER)

    I started lifting when i was 16 (started out at 110 - 120 lbs), then bulked till i was 19 (160 lbs)
gained a lot of fat and despite lifting consistently haven't really built a lot of muscle. Then i started to cut down early this year i'm now at 140 lbs, i feel small but i think this is the best shape i've ever been.
I learned that comparing yourself with others just puts you down, learn to compare yourself with yourself only. So guys can your critique my current physique. I'm all ears to your suggestions
    Current lift:

    Bench press - 130 lbs

    Deadlift - 175 lbs

    Squats - 103 lbs

    Stats:

    5'10"
    151.5 lbs
    11% BF

I don't think you're a hard gainer at all. Seems to me you need to get your workout program and nutrition in check. Can you post what your nutrition and your program is looking like? How many grams of protein are you eating daily? Daily calorie intake?

I’m currently on a upper lower split. But planning to switch to PHUL workout program is it any good?

My nutrition right now is at maintenance, about 1,600 calories (i know right i maintain my weight at a stupidly low intake) i’m eating about 0.8g of protein per lb of bodyweight

Your maintanance is 1600 cals? You sure? That's really low imo. If you wanna gain muscle I suggest you start eating at a calorie surplus. Up your calorie intake, and if you start gaining weight then you'll be on the right track. Try doing 2100 for 2 weeks. If you see no progress go to 2350 or 2500. That's all assuming 1600 is really your maintanance

Those are just descriptions of how a program is arranged.

Little progress is due to such a restriction of calories

Trust me I did the same thing for over a year.

    Learn to eat.
