    Hammy curlzzzzz

Lying ham curls, feet together or apart?

Also, this exercise work the glutes too? After every set I get a little glute pump, try to squeeze on the eccentric to keep tension on the hams, and at the top of each rep (helps keep my hips tight to the padding)

Do both and see where your feeling it.
Also try turning the feet in different positions and even pointing the toes straight and keep them that way while doing leg curls.
Another little technique is put your elbows up on the pad and leg curl from there.
Find what feels best on the hamstrings for you and that should be your go to position.

I like the wide, gave me more feel and better control, so probably will stick with that. Any insight on the glutes being included question?
