I have an inquiry. Like most here I drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially the days i lift, and I take creatine. I pee fine throughout the day, but it seems like right before bed i have to pee at least a couple times, and at times have the sensation i have to go again. I honestly don’t remember this happening before. Any ideas?

do you drink a lot of water within an hour of bed?

Usually a couple of hours before, maybe 8 oz’s. I usually have dinner around 8pm and drink probably 12 oz’s of water. So probably close to 20 oz’s a few hours before bed.

I wanna get into ALCAR again but it isn't as cheap as I remember, I think it works better for me than choline sources for focus etc. I wonder if price is part of the reason it aint used much in pres. Might get the best seller at the jungle but never heard of the brand.

Cut down caffeine to 1 cup instant coffee daily, energy doesn't get me through the day but no longer get crazy caff cravings.

I thought that was the price for 250g but its been a while since last time I got it bulk, thanks will consider. Mainly looking for caps which I know jack up the price, but still might go with powder to save a few bucks.

I see everyone talking Excelsior but not to be found... Trying to find something for the AM that will benefit me the rest of the day.

Effects haven't been that crazy like other times tbh, but mood boost has been very noticeable.

I've never looked hard enough to find HPLC results or anything on their page, but I have ordered from them fairly regularly recently.

ALCAR and Alpha-GPC feel like they should, NAC improved my ALT/AST on bloodwork, magnesium L-threonate brings on hard sleep and dreams, etc.

Are swanson’s vitamins legit?

Ive been using Swanson brand for YEARS and I get all my basics from them when they have their
30% off sale on their line. This is a list of products that I have on hand from them.
Vitamin C, Bromelain, Microlactin, Curcumin Complex, Glucosamine, Fish Oil, Vitamin D,
Alpha GPC, Bacopa Monniera, and plenty of other stuff so for me I think their a decent brand
but again shop when they have 30% off which is like once a month.
