Since I work out in the morning with no breakfast because I’m pressed for time, i like to have some carbs intra. I’m currently using some cluster dextrin. Would karbolyn make any difference? Simply because it’s a little cheaper and more servings. Hopefully it’s easy on the stomach as well.

It won't make a noticeable difference in terms of performance. I prefer Karbolyn of HBCD because as you suggested it is easy on the stomach, and also I feel like it mixes into a nicer product, HBCD is usually very sweet and almost syrup like which can become gross when training intensely in my own opinion. KArbolyn is great, an alternative if HBCD is not suiting you is just standard Gatorade (obviously not the the zero ones)

lmao I havent had a muscle milk shake since I got my wisdom teeth taken out. Tried to drink one a few hours after surgery and my jaw was still numb and half of it went all over my shirt and the beige carpet in the room. Trying to quickly clean carpet before it soaks through while high af on painkillers was interesting to say the least.
Did they finally start making shakes with better ingredients?“Uh, Later Dudes. S you in your A’s, don’t wear a C, and J all over your B’s.”

Back then I didnt read supplement labels for protein because I never thought about it. Now im like wtf was I thinking back then to actually ingest this.
In other news, I tried Zoa for the first time before my leg workout and definitely a big fan.“Uh, Later Dudes. S you in your A’s, don’t wear a C, and J all over your B’s.”

Well if it says 1 scoop I'm going all in with 1 scoop. Sadly going to be a while as Tuesday having my left knee scoped...once again. Will be 3rd surgery on it. First back in 2005 was the major one with ACL replaced and other damage repaird (torn meniscus and bone damage). 4 years ago had it scoped after the softball season ended as tore the meniscus half way through the season but just played with it. The initial damage was inside part and the one 4 years ago was the outside. Inside has always caught off and on and last time said he found a flap he cleaned up but still would do it. Injured it in the spring and got better but has been bothering me more and more and just not getting to a point where it's "comfortable". Hope this can fix me up enough to make it to old age and a replacement.

I have a flap on my right meniscus and I feel it but it isn't excruciating pain. I can workout with it and work
my both jobs without it keeping me from doing so and my Orthopedist told me to leave it alone unless the pain
keeps me from doing things. She mentioned that sometimes going in to trim the flap can lead to having other
issues with the knee, so I'm leaving it alone for now.

I've used it 4 times now on totally empty stomachs and felt NOTHING. Not a boost from caffeine, no increased focus - nothing. I can't even tell if there's a single mg of stimulant in the entire tub. And yes, I SHOOK THE DAM TUB.
For a daily driver that Cannibal Riot is pretty good, despite it's dreadful juvenile name.
Still, nothing beats Excelsior. Nothing even close.

lmao, what flavor phenta did you get? im wondering if the "effects" are flavor dependent. Im expediting a "fruit punch" phenta should be here by monday.
Remember back in the day when grape OG craze was the holy grail. I had the apple pie flavor and it was meh, "most" of the other flavors I felt it didn't hit as strong as grape.
Furious pete watermellum was good
The sweet tea was good
but a few stinkers from what i recall6 scoops of xf up2.0 a day
