I know, but usually if there is a lot of reviews you can sort of weed out the fake ones and come up with a general rating.
It's also hard too knowing that even our tastes vary heavily.......
take bb.com's siggy b-day cake bars and powder I find the bars repulsive and the powder bland at best while so many people were essentially creaming themselves over how good it was......Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

So far, here are a few things I've done.
- I have 4 resistance bands, not sure the weight it adds, but I've been using a pyramid scheme for each movement, adding a band with every set.
- For leg's I've done squats by stepping on the bands and bringing the handles up to my shoulders. Have done this for standard squats as well as one legged squats, taking the movements nice and slow for some sets, and explosive for others. supersetting with standing long jumps in between. Same concept for calves, but standing on a ledge of some sort for extended range of motion. Sprints supersetted in as well. Thinking to add more resistance I could also bring the handles all the way in an extended overhead squat position. Will help w core bracing as well.
- Upper body I've had way more ideas so far. Bulk of the sessions have been varied pullups and pushups, but w bands I've started doing flys with the bands wrapped around a bar behind me (better than them wrapped behind my back since I can walk out and increase resistance). Done the same for skull crushers as well as overhead press. Stepping on the bands I can do bicep curls and lateral raises. Pushups with the bands wrapped around my back. Rows with the bands wrapped around a bard. Reverse flys. Same concept as legs where I'm pyramid setting by adding bands with every set.
Hope this helps spark some ideas.Squat and Deadlift

Meadows and Joe Bennet have put out some good stuff, worth looking up if you need a routine with limited to no equipment.
Also, if you can get to a hardware store, get some heavy-duty buckets or watering cans, fill them with cinder or gravel (find a gravel parking lot and fill em up) and water or just water or whatever you want to add/adjust the weight. you can also by a 1.5 inch diameter steel pipe. Basically can act like a barbell. You can hand the buckets or watering cans over the barbell and do pretty much everything...deads, rows, ohp, rdl, curls whatever. Adjust the weight by adding or taking away whatever you filled it with. If you fill it with gravel first and then add water it will be about as heavy as you can get it.

Glad I invested in a Home gym recently, I have 85% of what I need bwahaha feelsgoodman
I've beeing going a bit stim free for a few days and before barely had 150mg or less caff daily... but still feel fatigued and have brain fog most of the time :/ I guess its time for a check up and see wtfs going on.. its no rona tho
PS: Well just realized I was over training, leading to chronic mental exhaustion... that and not taking enough vit D (which Im now taking) were prolly biggest culprits.Last edited by DASBUNKER; 03-21-2020 at 03:16 PM.

Yep, tastes just like Fruity Pebbles
This isn't your ordinary wannabe cereal protein powder, this one actually tastes like what it's suppose to be, and the best part... it's not overly sweet
Flavor 9.8/10. It's smooth and creamy with texture/mouthfeel that most isolates lackLast edited by TheFugitive; 03-21-2020 at 06:30 PM.

When my protein is in need, I’m snagging some of that Fug. I’ve only heard great things.
Bros. I’m trying to figure out if an Assault Bike or something similar would be worthwhile for HIIT. Right now I do interval sprints on my treadmill. People rave about these air bikes, but I don’t see how it could be betteriForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

absolutely worth it bro
Im not sure how you do your HIIT, because a lot of what I see people call HIIT aint actually HIIT its work and easy intervals. If you do it all as hard as you possibly can, I will be surprised if it is not the hardest HIIT you have ever done. Airdyne and Deadmill are the ones that I can consistently rely on to be the most devastating.
other advantages are zero impact, and also the fact that you are using your arms and your legs so you can shift workload to one or the other if needed...i.e. you can go arm heavy work if legs are smoked and vice versa. I really like rogue's but there are some cheaper ones out there too that are just as good.Stay Frosty

Bruh thanks for this...... Im gonna need to get me a tub of this. Ive had a few cereal flavored proteins and... well theyre still sitting on my shelf cause they arent good. I know Dymatize doesnt eff around with their proteins so I'll pick up a tab here soon.
Trying to maximize my time since this lockdown... I picked up an 08 Mazda3 as my commuter, not sure why but I love the hatch design.... but it needs some work... a lot more work than I wanted to do up front, so much so I named it "Lemon" but meh..... keeps me busy. removing the coilovers for an Eibach/Koni setup and have a set of the exact same wheels but in 18's sitting in the back of my jeep to be installed once the car is raised with the Eibach setup.
anyways... I give you.... Lemon

Nice! Mazda crew checking in.
Driving my second consecutive Mazda 6 and I'll happily replace it with another when it dies. Maybe a CX5. LOVE the look and feel of the new CX9 but the doors on that thing are massive and my kids would slam them into everything within range.
Come to think of it, I would even consider a Speed3 next too.

^I love hatchbacks myself, much nicer than a trunk IMO.

Thanks guys.
Sloop, thanks for the FYI on the CX9, was looking at them, but due to size I was thinking the CX5 or 7 would be a good other option.... if I get a new one down the road.
I was hooked on this car due to the engine being solid, and the overall condition of the car itself so since I can do the work myself I picked this one. already changed out the nav system that didn't even work along with the head unit. CEL is gone, and now to focus on the suspension components, front door actuators and then replacing/updating the Bose speakers.Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

A few months ago I have a brand new CX5 Grand Touring with less than 50 miles on it for 4 days while I had a couple recalls taken care of on my car. That thing was a blast to drive, I really hated giving it back. If you get a chance to test drive one, give it a spin. My first 6 had the V6 and the Bose system, I loved the hell out of that car. I sold it with 174K on it in perfect working condition and needing nothing. I bought a 2010 Mazda 6 in August 2014 with 11,400 miles on it and today it has 138,000 and has been rock solid the entire time. Nothing out of routine maintenance needed.
