The years around my join date were huge here. I'd login multiple times per day and it would be pages of new posts everywhere.

I had a training log and followed others. Met people from this forum from around the country.

Tried the remix zingers protein. Much better than the twinkies. The twinkies are ok in oats.

Both are good, I look at twinkies as a richer vanilla, Zingers is an interesting flaor. Def good

Not me it was the BEST pumpkin protein I ever had and when I did a forum review on it I mentioned
when you mixed it in plain yogurt or cottage cheese it was like eating a slice of pumpkin pie without
the crust.

I’m probably in the minority, but I like adding L-theanine in my pre. Gives me clarity and helps with mood. Btw, the bb.com awards deals are terrible.

You added your OWN L-Theanine and that's how it should be and I wish companies would stop adding
it to pre's and ruining the energy and stimulant effects. I now it doesn't effect everyone but for ME it
just takes away from the whole stimulant effect.

Ronnie seems like such a down to earth person from the different interviews I've seen and it's a shame
he had to go through so many surgeries and from the Joe Rogan interview I think he had too many of them
with the WRONG doctor and he should have looked into other options before letting the same Dr. operate
on him again.

I have an inquiry. Like most here I drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially the days i lift, and I take creatine. I pee fine throughout the day, but it seems like right before bed i have to pee at least a couple times, and at times have the sensation i have to go again. I honestly don’t remember this happening before. Any ideas?
