Ya, the hay day of pwo's is long over.

I've noticed protein prices have sky rocketed lately too. Thanks, Feds, for kicking the can down the road for ages now. Loving the inflation.

Yea I've switched to cheaper forms of protein (WPC-80) mainly due to cost. Isolates are great, but I'm not paying that price.


Trying to stick to whole foods too, but even then it can be pricey

like that's the new thing companies are trying to get you to spend for overpriced supplements by doing fancy
packaging and calling everything limited edition.

Pretty much I just go for high caffeine ones now, Insane Labz Psychotic Gold has been my go to for a bit; $30 when it goes on sale at Amazon, $40 normally. Pretty much just a caffeine with bomb with 325mg and not much else but it tastes ok, I think a lot of pre-workout is mental for me, I drink this only before workouts and it mentally puts me in the mood.

You ain't popping positive for these stimulants. If you pop positive, its because there was legit ******** or amphetamines in there.


And lets be freaking real. Ain't no company doing that. The settlement if someone actually died or was injured would be astronomical.


I've taken various stimulants (questionable and non-questionable) and have passed some serious drug tests. Not your run of the mill 5 panel. I mean a 10 panel serum test.


In b4 people claim they failed cause of OTC products.

No you failed cause you used ****ing drugs.

I have 1.5 tubs of Excelsior and only use it sparingly on weekends. It is, quite literally, out of this world. Miles ahead of Dark Energy which I also really like.

There is nothing remotely close to Excelsior on the market that I'm aware of. I can do 1 scoop and go run 7 miles first thing in the morning, hit the gym for weights, come home and mow the grass and do yardwork and STILL feel like I could run another 7 miles. The energy is endless.

But yes, I'm very certain there are special ingredients in there....

Im sitting on several jugs of protein and barely use them. Even getting back into the gym. Whole foods just keep me full longer.

I don't have much protein. I just buy a jug at a time. That way I don't burnt out.


And it better taste amazing for a 5lber. Otherwise I'm getting a 2lber. Yes i buy it often, but I don't get burnt out.


Main time I use protein is in the morning, gotta get the girls ready for school, gotta get ready for work. Just easier to make an MRP from scratch.

I wouldn't mind "getting into it", but I recall the forum clamping down and closing and deleting everything to try to sweep it under the rug until it was too big to ignore, but it's kind of dormant now, probably 'they' don't want it being blasted again and would just get us undue attention...factual as it may be

If OG craze had 150 mg of special blend, then thermal spark, excelsior have 200mg. I panicked and thought they were getting discontinued, bought the last 5 tubs from a different site, sweating to think its all gone for good. Now I see them back at all the other normal sites. Phew.

I don't want to go back to BRCC and orange brainwash everyday, when I can be doing 1 thermal spark in the AM, and 1 heeping skuupa of Excelsior for the massa race day.

I also remember all this "proof" was going to come to the "light" from Ron Kramer proving that DS did that was Craze.


BB.com learned their lesson with Syntrax, they got sued when they were bashed consistently on this board. They still do threaten papers against some of those that post about them.

So them "censoring" had nothing to do with "sweeping it under the rug" or some big ****ing Alex Jones ****. It was pure legal reasons.


And I found it funny, the only "company" to find this "drug" were companies on Ron's ****ing payroll.

Yep I have 2 bottles of Thermal Spark, too. That stuff is bonkers, completely annihilates the appetite.

LMAO, The only limited edition things I buy are vinyl and comic books. I refuse to buy anything "limited" that does not increase in value over time, especially that I will be ingesting.

Been taking it slow getting back into lifting myself after the past 1.5yrs. Even lower weight, high reps makes me sore. I hav been stretching a lot more, longer and it has really helped. It’s great having a home gym for sure, best decision ever.

Now I just need to get back in decent shape.

The biggest thing I've learned over the years is to take a week or even a month off randomly. Most times your body needs that since most people in this sub lift like 5-6 days a week every week.
