I'm also 5'11 but feel small as hell when I hit 220lbs. Do HIIT on the stair stepper 4 times a week and you'll build that endurance up quickly.

I retain a chit lot of water too so when im not bloatmaxxing Im even smaller

Luckily got a home gym now... but missing couple key things, will probably start running around the block,

Yes. What are you using currently? There are a few other things I would try first / believe to be more reliable and practical but tough to say based on what you are currently using and how bad / long you have been suffering the joint pain. are you just looking for a daily joint supplement, or are you suffering badly atm?

Verisol Collagen Bioactive Peptides (Natural Collagen Powder) Made in Germany.

I use Glucosamine and Chondroitin (joint pain) and Doctor's Best Curcumin (overuse pain). It has resulted from being very active (a lot of sports when I was younger) and many years of intense lifting (combined with an addictive personality where I should have decreased the intensity).

I had the finaflex oatmeal pies when they first came out. Not bad but were still high calorie iirc. Didn’t seem worth it.

Most are high cal and were probably better off eating an actual cookie, brownie or muffin with a protein shake

Pretty much this. Hate to see it but it's how it is. So hard to find good sites for resources. I'm having major issues with my left knee (already had 3 surgeries on at 44 years old) and thinking a knee replacement is in order. Can't find a forum at all to read and interact with others to hear stories.

Same goes for new products, deals and all the fun stuff we used to post daily about.

Tis sad to think the MISC may be dying off. At one point it was one of the most active legit sauces for anything..........
