Any other drawbacks to fish oil/cod liver supps?
Only drawback I've seen so far is lower libido/less interest in/less pleasure from sexual activity, lower sexual gratification/sh*t/lower quality orgasms etc
Positives include better mood, increased frontal lobe activity, better gut health/digestion (no-wipe crew would understand trololol), faster scalp hair growth, better lung health/increased lung capacity/strength etc
Any other drawbacks?

Fish oil is a blood thinner. Just anecdotally, I got minor nosebleeds from time to time when taking EPA/DHA capsules.
