Current supplements I use:
Magnesium, electrolytes in the form of Redmond salt.
That’s about it. I’m mid 40s now, so maybe it’s time to take vitamin T.

body tech is VS house brand, its actually made by Optimum and is of good quality. They are the same proteins. Not super cheap, but VS almost always has some kind og sale n BT, like BOGO50, 25% off etc. YOu can usually get quest on Amazon for cheap. PEScience is great too.
