    I mean forskolin is forskolin, the percentage shouldn't change the mechanism by which it works (which is what causes diarrhea), just how much you need to take but YMMV.

    Question when take pre workout

    can anyone tell me please when it's better to take a pre-workout? Some say timing does not matter, others >> say don't take it towards the evening.

    The problem is not everyone can have time to workout during the day. I have not tried pre-workout supplements before, and I wanna know if it's gonna work as per my workout schedule, which is mainly in the evening, and sometimes, even at night(!)

    Or is there a better way to work out without pre-workout? Is it a necessary part of muscle gain after all?

    You should take it 30 minutes before working out. The reason some people say you shouldn't take at the evening is because it has caffeine and it may interrupt your sleeping. If you are working at night anyways I don't see it as a problem.

    Is there major problems/changes with protein lately? Seems many brands and products I used to like are out of stock and/or not being made anymore. Plus the fact nothing new or new flavors. Same for bars. That said, what are the top tier proteins these days? I suppose PES Select still up there but I like to try different things before returning to old favorites. Tried the new limited Ghost sugar cookie and not impressed at all. Tastes like a cookie I burnt plus light on flavor compared to how they flavored their protein when they first launched.

    Man this Thermal Spark is incredible stuff. No rep or shilling, this is amazing. Food and snacking is the absolute last thing on my mind, the appetite suppression is legit.

    I tried 1 capsule on 2 different days first thing in the morning and felt pretty good. A nice, happy mood lifting euphoria. Almost like a strong nootropic. You can easily function in public, work, studying, etc.

    Today is my second time trying 2 caps also on an empty stomach, and the feeling is out of this world. I was worried it would just be Excelsior in capsule form but it's different. Super strong, happy euphoric feelings are a 20 on a scale of 1-10. Very plugged in and in tune with everyone and everything around me. The first time I tried 2 caps was 4 days ago and I was still feeling the affects 12 hours later. We'll see how today goes.

    1 cap = heightened senses, feels good
    2 caps = mother fkn party time

    As with any of these products, caveat emptor.

    Today I tried Dark Energy for the first time. I initially used 6g (half a serving) right after waking up. I got into my garage gym and started warming up, then got into my bench warm upsets. About 15-20 minutes passed at this point. I wasn't feeling anything at all so I decided to take another 6g serving as I started to get into my working sets on the bench.

    I finished my benching and other 6g serving and expected to feel something but pretty much felt nothing. Really the only thing I "felt" was sort of a sense of wellness. Sometimes I have things that easily frustrate or annoy me, especially if it's something that makes me lose focus on my training. Having a home gym and two daughters that are doing home school as well sometimes happens.

    I noticed that when I had to step inside to help with something I was calm and not upset by it. Other times I would sometimes become frustrated and become slightly stressed. Today was the opposite. Now I know this may sound silly to some but it's something that I felt after using Dark Energy.

    Other than that after one day I don't have any other positives to mention. I maybe hyped it up in my head based on all the reviews I've seen but we'll see how future use with it goes and if anything changes.

    Maybe they got enough druggies pimping the name they pulled back on the illegal ingredient(s)? How new is your tub?

    Well, I split the dose cause I started with just half a serving and felt nothing so went with the other half.

    last week of no-stim.... cheated and had to take last week off to fix my ride.... but so far my lifts havent been too detrimental, i will say that i have to time my meals better in order to have a better sesh, other than that I havent been too bad off.... so might go another week..... more than likely not though. lol

    From my understanding 15gms is a full serving so I would start at 12gms and see how you feel.
    If the 12gms works great then stay with 12 if not go up 1 gm each time until you hit 15 cause
    if less does the trick then go with less. The mistake people make is jumping right into 15gms first
    day and then they say they felt overstimulated so starting with less in my opinion is a smart move.

    With the protein spiking scandals from years ago, does anyone still have any doubts on what’s on the label being in the tub? Granted I understand the times we’re in, but when i see all these sales, for example 5lb tubs for $37, it does make me think for a second.

    The tub doesn't have the serving size so I just measured one well-rounded scoop which came out to 12-13g I believe. I'll give 12g all at once a shot tomorrow for my squat session and see how it goes then.

    All depends on the company. Buy from an established, sizeable company without spiking and lying in their background. IE, don't buy muscletech.

    Optimum, bb.com signature, Universal/Animal, Dymatize, PES, BSN, probably some others, I have no concerns. If you really want to be sure, buy something like Optimum or Universal IMO

    right now I’m using bb.com signature, which does make me wonder on how they sell their protein at such prices, also using Nutrex isofit. Gonna get me some Pes soon.
